The State of Texas requires that students have certain immunizations while attending school. Please refer to the following from the Texas Department of State Health Services:
All students must have a current immunization record on file in the nurse's office or the main office. Please bring an updated copy of your child's shot record to the school office after he or she receives any new immunizations. See the school nurse for questions concerning immunizations.
